Panang curry has always been a favourite of mine and with 'Brothy Rice' trending on socials, I thought why not combine the two. This warming bowl of brothy Panang rice and crispy chicken is full of flavour, spice and everything nice; don't come for me when you're going in for seconds.

Kimchi jjigae for me is one of pure comfort; just a spoonful of that flavourful broth is guaranteed to sooth the soul, throat and sinuses. This Korean dish is definitely best made with well-aged kimchi as it extra fermented which means it's going to add even more flavour to the broth

Also called See Yao Gai (豉油鸡) in Cantonese, this is a comforting braised chicken recipe that's easy and super flavourful. While it's usually the whole chicken that's braised in the delicious sauce, for this recipe I've used chicken leg quarters to make it easier, but feel free to use chicken thighs and drumsticks if that's easier to find. It's great served alongside a warm bowl of rice, or in this case, noodles!

Inspired by the ones from Din Tai Fung, these Shrimp & Chive wontons are actually much more easier to make that you'd think. And when you pair them with this addictive garlicky, spicy sauce; you're gonna wish you made extra wontons!
