Dan dan noodles is one of my favourite dishes that comes from Sichuan; it's spicy, nutty, flavour packed noodle dish that's definitely going to have you reaching for more! And another great thing...you can have it whipped up 30 minutes, definitely one that's going to be a regular in your kitchen.

One thing I gotta have in my freezer is definitely a stash of frozen dumplings; whether that be store bought or homemade, you never know when the mood for dumplings might strike! These crispy pan-fried dumplings are served with this flavourful HK style satay sauce that's gonna have you licking your place clean, plus you can even reuse any leftover sauce for anything else!
